한반도 핵전쟁과 비핵화 6자회담 한계(?)_UN WRO 남북평화의제(2013.3.12.)_남북평화 공동개발 제안_북한지역의 개성시, 개풍군, 장단을 세계평화의 상징인 “UN WRO CITY”(유엔 세계재활기구&유엔도시)의 개발에 편입시켜, “DMZ _통일경제특구”를 “세계평화&세계경제특구” 지역으로 전환. UN의 관장 하에 한반도의 제3지대인 “UN WRO CITY”를, 남북한이 공동개발 함으로써, 남북긴장완화와 남북경제는 물론이고, 세계경제발전의 로드맵을 제안한다.

The third zone on the Korean peninsula, "UN WRO CITY", under the UN's governing North and South detente and the two Koreas jointly developed by South-North Economic and propose a road-map of the development of the world economy.
